Emblem of greatness Disappeared

okay so I submitted a ticket like 2 weeks ago because of my emblem of greatness Disappearing when I transferred my account and nobody respond I submitted multiple of tickets now and still no Respond anyways I had to post it here there might be a problem with the new costumer support system :(
